Africa Community Village (ACV) was founded by a group of young Congolese leaders who believed that the communities most affected by conflict, poverty, and environmental degradation should be at the forefront of their own recovery and development.
Based in Eastern DRC, one of the world's most complex humanitarian contexts. ACV has chosen to work in the most difficult places, because that's where meaningful change is most needed and most impactful.
We promote community-driven, climate-resilient, and inclusive development solutions through five integrated program pillars, working at the intersection of education, environment, food security, health, and livelihoods.
